We at Catheter Pros want your online experience to be SIMPLE.
In order to help achieve that, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life EASIER.

Most credit and debit card orders placed by noon PST are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received. We do our best to ship all products within 24 business hours.

Shipping Damage:
While it is rare, shipping damage does occur. We ask that you inspect the packaging upon arrival and look for any signs of visible shipping damage (holes in packaging, activated tip sensor, etc..). You do have the right to refuse the delivery with notes that package was damaged if you feel that damage has occurred. Please understand that your package will experience normal wear & tear during transit to you and should not be refused.
Back Orders:
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
Payment Options:
On-line orders can be paid by credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. If you are paying with insurance, that is fine, too… just get in touch with us so we can help you set it all up.
PO Boxes:
We are unable to ship any orders to a PO box. We apologize for an inconveniences this may incur.
