Return Policy

Returns are accepted for full credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns over 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returns are not accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please call our Customer Support Department at 877-337-4399 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number is valid for 10 business days from the date of issue. A return without an Authorized Number or an expired Authorization Number will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased.

Please write the Return Authorization Number on a prepaid shipping label and return merchandise within 10 business days to the appropriate warehouse as instructed by customer support.
ARS labels or Call Tags can be issued by our Customer Support Department to return merchandise. Associated fees and return freight charges will apply.

Return Conditions:

Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must be in original packaging and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers or with crushed packaging will not be accepted.

Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Common carrier deliveries must be counted upon arrival and shortages must be documented on delivery receipt. Special orders, sterile items and products that are made non sellable once opened are not returnable. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturer’s policy.

Cancellation Policies:

Catheterpros will issue refunds for orders that are cancelled prior to shipment of your merchandise; however it is subject to a cancellation fee of 3% which will be used to cover the credit card merchant processing fees that we incur. Once your order has shipped you may still cancel your order with us, in addition to the cancellation fees, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred, including rerouting fees by the shipping company to reroute the package to the appropriate warehouse.  Proof of charges is available upon request. 


Product is normally shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. The standard delivery normally takes 2-7 business days based on the type of shipping that has been selected and your delivery area. Customers are notified of any backorders within 24 hours of placing the order. Please see our shipping policy page for complete details.
